What is NOWY Pro?
NOWY Pro is our premium subscription that unlocks the full power of AI-powered travel planning. It includes unlimited trips with multi-social links, AI hotel price monitoring for savings alerts, a premium AI travel assistant, 14-day smart weather forecasts, a beautiful world map of your travels, trip photo albums, and Google Maps navigation integration.
How much does NOWY Pro cost?
NOWY Pro is available at two price points: $8.99/month (billed monthly) or $59.99/year (billed annually). The annual plan saves you $48 compared to paying monthly — that's like getting 5 months free!
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new subscriber gets a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, you won't be charged at all.
What's included in the free version?
The free "Social Explorer" tier includes unlimited trips (1 link per trip), basic trip planning, 3-day weather preview, and simple trip editing. Premium features like multi-social links, AI price monitoring, photo albums, and the premium AI assistant are exclusive to NOWY Pro.
Billing & Payments
How am I charged?
All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account. We do not have access to your payment information — Apple handles all billing securely.
When does my subscription renew?
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every year. You can check your renewal date in your Apple ID account settings.
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. Your first payment will be charged 3 days after you start your trial, only if you haven't cancelled. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged anything.
Cancellation & Refunds
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > NOWY Pro > Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Since payments are processed through Apple, refund requests must be made directly to Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis according to their policies.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your trips and data remain in your account even after cancellation. You'll revert to the free tier with access to basic features. If you resubscribe later, your Pro features will be restored.
Privacy & Data
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We use your data only to provide and improve the NOWY service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What data do you collect?
We collect account information (name, email), trip data you create, social media links you submit for conversion, photos you upload, and usage data to improve the app. We do not access your social media accounts — we only process the specific links you share with us.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in the United States, with encryption in transit and at rest.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at info@nowy.io. We will process your request within 30 days.
Do you share my data with third parties?
We only share data with service providers who help us operate the app (like AWS for hosting and Mixpanel for analytics). When you click through to booking partners like Priceline or Viator, you interact directly with them under their own privacy policies.
Account & Eligibility
How old do I need to be to use NOWY?
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're between 13 and 18, we recommend having a parent or guardian review our Terms and Privacy Policy with you.
How do I create an account?
You can sign up using Apple Sign-In, Google, Facebook, or email and password. You can also use NOWY as a guest, though we recommend creating an account to save your trips across devices.
Can I use NOWY Pro on multiple devices?
Yes! Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID. You can use NOWY Pro on any iOS device signed into the same Apple ID account.
Features & Support
What is AI hotel price monitoring?
Our AI continuously monitors hotel prices for your saved trips and alerts you when prices drop. This Pro-exclusive feature helps you book at the best time and never miss a deal. Note: Price information is for reference only — always verify directly with the booking provider.
Where is NOWY available?
NOWY is available in the App Store worldwide, except mainland China where the app is not currently listed.
How do I contact support?
For any questions or issues, reach out to us at info@nowy.io or through the Help section in the app. We typically respond within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer promo codes or discounts?
